Bolle Brand
Bolle is a French company born in 1888, founded by Seraphin Bolle, in Oyonnax, France. But it wasn't until 1936 that Bolle produced its first pair of sunglasses, and it quickly became known that Bolle was the leader and pioneer of molded Nylon. The development continued with the introduction of safety glasses and goggles in 1950, Cat-Eye sunglasses in 1956, and ski goggles in 1960. Product launches continued through the years with the cycling model "Chronoshield" in 1986. Continuing its expertise in the skiing market, in 20007 Bolle introduced its first line of ski helmets. Helmets employed the latest technologies for winter sport amateurs to protect themselves on the mountain, as well as in competitions.
