Use this vision test chart to see if you would benefit from some eyeglasses or contact lenses. Based on this test, you should then contact your local eye doctor to schedule an eye exam.

DISTANCE VISION TEST CHART
Instructions:
1) Position the chart at eye level, exactly 7 feet from your eyes.
2) Close or cover your left eye.
3) Read the lowest line that you can comfortable see
4) If you cannot read anything below the line, your vision is impaired enough that you should visit an eye doctor to have your vision checked.
5) Close or cover your right eye, and repeat.
READING VISION TEST CHART
Instructions:
1) Position the chart at eye level, exactly 16 inches from your eyes.
2) Close or cover your left eye.
3) Read the lowest line that you can comfortable see
4) If you cannot read anything below the line, your vision is impaired enough that you should visit an eye doctor to have your vision checked.
5) Close or cover your right eye, and repeat.
