    Measure Your Pupil Distance (PD)

    Your PD is the distance between your pupils. To measure it, follow the instructions below.
    Our experts will then determine your PD and email you oncewe have added it to your order.

    Step 1

    Put on any pair of clear eyeglasses.
    Face the camera directly.
    Snap a picture.

    (It helps to be close up to the camera,
    and in a well-lit area.)

    Step 2

    Remove the glasses.
    Read the size printed on the inside of the frame.

    (It will look something like this: 45-21-145)

    Email the photo to

    with the frame size information.
