Your frame is broken but you want to salvage those lenses. We can help! Mail us your broken frame with the lenses, and our opticians will search high and low to find a similar frame that will work for you.
We charge a $15 deposit fee for our labor, but if you buy frame, that fee is credited to the purchase. You must make a decision within 30 days, or we pocket the fee.
Where to mail my broken eyeglasses frames?
Here are the mailing instructions: First, write down you email address, name, phone number, and shipping address onto a piece of paper. Put the paper and your broken glasses into a box and mail it to the address below. Use any mail service that has tracking. We will contact you after we receive your broken glasses.
